All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to a clinical assessment by our registered pharmacist. Completion of a medical questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist will review your information and approve or decline your request at their sole clinical discretion. All prescriptions are issued in accordance with current UK clinical guidelines and GPhC standards.
Prescriptions are issued for your personal use only and must not be shared with any other individual. If your circumstances change or you experience side effects, you must inform us immediately before continuing treatment.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if payment cannot be verified or if a prescription cannot be issued following clinical assessment.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, dispatch will take place within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by Royal Mail or courier service delays outside of our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure that a correct and complete delivery address is provided. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address supplied by you.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as prescription medicines are exempt from the standard right to cancel.
If your medication arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
